Appointment & Visit

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office within 24 hours before your scheduled time.

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Insurance

Most dental insurance coverage is based on the Annual Suggested Fee Guide for Dental Treatment Services published by the BC Dental Association. The fees in our office are Specialist Fees and are often higher than General Practitioners Fees, as well as most insurance coverage. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

On completion of treatment, our office will generate and submit the appropriate insurance forms on your behalf. Most insurance companies will compensate you within four to six weeks according to their fee schedule and your percentage coverage.
